This shows what is significant aspect of Libor’s attitude towards challenges – team work and reasonable balance of expertise and empathy. After studying economics with a focus on system engineering and informatics Libor gathered several experiences in consulting, financialand IT projects as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Ten years ago he established Czech and Slovak branch of ICG and provides his experience to clients in area of process optimization, company innovations and change management. Libor both works on consulting projects and provides tailor-made trainings.
