Karolína brings strong process mapping and optimization skills to her work environment, focusing on minimizing risks within various processes. Her precise analytical skills allow her to identify hidden opportunities for improvement that others may overlook. As part of her focus on the automotive industry, she has been implementing structured problem-solving methods since 2017, contributing to the overall streamlining of manufacturing processes. Through intensive training and consulting in areas such as A3, 8D and Six Sigma, Caroline not only improves the quality of processes, but also develops the skills of her colleagues and teams. Her ability to motivate and organize staff ensures successful implementation of system measures and creates a positive work atmosphere that encourages collaboration and innovation. Her education in chemistry with a focus on materials engineering at UTB Zlín also provides her with important technical knowledge. This makes Karolína not only a process expert, but also a valuable team member who can combine technical skills with effective leadership and motivation of others.
