Thanks to feedback from participants of our trainings, we have prepared for you a presentation of successful manufacturing and services projects.

On 23rd of August 2017, in Prague, we introduce to you 4 case studies of projects, 3 of them will be presented by participants of our trainings. This one day workshop will provide a unique opportunity to meet people, who apply practice with knowledge gain in LSS Green Belt training and LEAN EXPERT program. The last project will be presented by our consultant Libor Čadek.

Case studies

1. Project presentation – SMED
  • Zdeněk Hájek,  SIEMPELKAMP Blatnice (Participant od LEAN EXPERT program)
  • SMED – 70% reduction of adjustment time on CNC machines in 3 months
  • An example of a successful short project of application of one technique that will dramatically affect the overall cost effectiveness of cargo equipment
2. Project presentation – LEAN SIX SIGMA
  • Angelina Nasonenko, Vodafone Czech (Certified Green Belt by ICG in 2016)
  • Application of Lean Six Sigma methodology when reducing the length of the “Pre-sales” process by 30%
  • A complete example of project output in the form of a presentation that was successfully presented in the Green Belt certification
3. Project presentation – LEAD TIME
  • Lukáš Papala, company ALZA.CZ, (Participant of LEAN EXPERT program)
  • LEAD TIME –  product in 35 minutes instead of 4,8 days
  • Outputs of a two-day workshop in the production of PCs. The current increase in labor productivity +160%
4. Project presentation – presented by ICG
  • Libor Čadek, ICG-Capability (Master Black Belt)
  • Service and administration project related to reducing the discrepancies in the process of issuing invoices

The fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments, we will also provide an opportunity to finish Green Belt and Lean Expert tests and you can try new version of TractorMotive simulation as well.
