We would like to invite you to our upcoming training Lean Value Stream Expert (VSM), which takes place from 20. to 22 September in Ostrov u Stříbra.

The training, in real production environment, teaches participants how to map and analyse production process through VSM (Value Stream Mapping) technique, which helps find waste and identifies opportunities for process improvement. The course also contains a realisation of value and time analysis of real project of a chosen manufacturing company and a proposal of future state thanks to VSD (Value Stream Design). The training takes place in the production area of the company ASSA ABLOY, which deals with intelligent solutions for locks and safety. The opportunity for consulting with specialist from different companies will be also available.
