We would like to invite you to the approaching Change Management training. During the training, participants will understand that any change in the company must be mastered not only the organizational and project site, but must be adopted by users and staff. Training is based on a real example where the participants practice techniques as such.

During the training, participants will learn to:

  • Initiate, identify and implement changes within an organization
  • Get appropriate support during implementation of the change.
  • Recognize a typical reaction to change from impacted people (stakeholders)
  • Apply appropriate tools to avoid resistance towards change.
  • Discuss a strategic level of change management

The training takes place on 6th-7th. February 2017 in Bratislava. The price of the training is 280 EUR + DPH / person. The fee includes the tuition for 2 days, training materials, case studies and best practice materials, templates, refreshment
