The project The client Prisma Kreditversicherung AG As a kind of fitness program, the management board initiated a process of proactive organizational development. To this end, customer impulses were solicited, and internal development areas were explored in employee workshops. All the company’s executives jointly assessed the status quo with its strengths and weaknesses, and the Board of Management and executives together developed an attractive image of the future. Subsequently, several implementation teams worked consistently on developing topics such as improving business processes, designing an innovation management system, and new rules for project-oriented collaboration.
