Yellow Belt is the ideal entry into the world of process improvement, improving the quality of products and services using Lean and Six Sigma methodology. The training presents a set of tools and techniques for solving (not only) process problems in order to work more easily, with higher quality, and always to the satisfaction of customers.

Yellow Belt training is the first step towards understanding and implementing the concepts of quality and process improvement that are key to successful digital adaptation. The training is divided into two parts. The first introduces the Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC project cycle methodologies. Typical problems in processes (defects and waste) will be shown using a simulation game. In the second part of the training, the 7 basic tools of Lean Six Sigma will be introduced and tested in practice.

After the training, Yellow Belt is ready to apply the presented tools immediately on its processes and can even implement small improvements. At the same time, the role of the Yellow Belt is to support larger process improvement projects under the guidance of Green/Black Belts.
