In the Design for Assembly training you will learn a systematic and systematic approach to improving assembly performance. You will learn how to implement assembly-oriented knowledge into the assembled product and assembly system. By simultaneously designing the assembled product and assembly system, thinking in terms of the entire product life cycle, you will achieve synergy of objectives (time, cost, quality) without compromise. The training will also introduce you to the engineering and management process to move from manual assembly to robotic assembly.

You will take away from the training a structured algorithm, forms, catalogues of assembly knowledge, case studies. Each of the one-day modules includes a comprehensive case study and input from a guest from a top Czech or foreign company. We are also able to prepare turnkey training for individual companies.
